School Lunches
At Bowling Park, we recognise how important nutrition is. Our pupils enjoy delicious, balanced meals that are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients.
Not only do we ensure that our pupils are well-fueled for their learning, but also that they enjoy a calm, happy and refreshing lunchtime.
For more information, and to see up-to-date menus, please visit the School Meals website here.
Allergen Awareness & Safety
At Bowling Park, the health and safety of our pupils, staff, and visitors is our top priority. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone can enjoy food safely, regardless of dietary needs or allergies.
We follow the School Food Standards and statutory Allergy Safety Guidance to ensure:
- All known allergies are recorded and communicated to relevant staff.
- Clear labelling of food items, including the 14 major allergens as defined by UK law.
- Staff are trained to recognise and respond to allergic reactions promptly.
- Parents and carers are encouraged to inform us immediately of any changes to their child’s allergy information.
If you have any questions about allergens in our meals or snacks, please contact Tim Phillips (Deputy Headteacher) before your child consumes any food provided by the school.
Your child’s safety is our shared responsibility.
